Register your interest here and figure stuff out if you want to continue using The Public for meet-ups (until the end of October 2013).

Interest registered!

Drop in, or some form of official organiser needed to fulfill the mandarins needs?

I'd be interested.  Even if it is to see what other people are working on.

None formally as far as I have heard, but I'm planning to turn up circa 6pm on Tuesday to see what happens unless I hear something in-between.

I think it will have to be bring what you need, given Nikki and her 'bits and bobs' boxes won't be there.
This means I'm possibly in researching / planning and 'odds and sods' mode more than a practical effort till I see the 'lie of the land', and discover what is to hand without Nikki present. The sorts of things I often can't do without disturbance.

We could also discuss chances of another free venue being found.....

Look forward to seeing you there?

OK, I just heard something from Nikki.

The advice is you can just turn up as usual, as it is arranged.
Tables, chairs and possibly some extension leads should be available.
Without Nikki the bits she brought along will not be available, so bring what ever else you need.

No drinks provision, so bring your own supplies: bottled water or
whatever & tuck if you wish. The cafe will be closed at that time, but you should be able to pick something up easily before arrival.

Be interesting to see how many are there, given little in the way of announcements. Something to work on for the next one.

See you there, hopefully.

Yeah, sorry for the lack of communications - I've been away quite a bit.
John's beaten me to it with the information.

It's over to you guys now for spreading the word and shaping the nights at The Public to work for you.

Meanwhile I'm continuing to look for opportunities for Many & Varied activities. Watch this space!

The Public have confirmed the dates as continuing fortnightly until the end of October.

17th Sept
1st, 15th and 29th of October

I think only the person who's started a topic can link it to the calendar and I don't think it's set up to cope with recurring events. I've added a note to the announcements board instead.

Don't forget you've also got the option of posting to the What's On section too.

Thanks Nikki,

I'll hope to see people tonight.

I should be there around 6pm for any one who wants to time things to coincide.
